Our Story

Hi, I'm Bec – the heart and hands behind Zencraft. I'm a mum, maker, and big believer in the power of creativity to bring calm.

My love for DIY crafts began during the Covid lockdowns, when I picked up a paint by numbers kit to pass the time. I quickly found that it gave me something more than a finished painting – it gave me stillness, focus, and a way to recharge. That simple act of creating became my escape, and eventually, my calling.

I started Zencraft in December 2022, just six months after my son was born, during a time when life felt both beautiful and overwhelming. It all began with a small stall at local markets, sharing my love for DIY crafts with my community. The response was incredible – people kept asking where they could find more kits and when I'd be back. Popular demand made it clear that I needed to create a website to reach more people who were seeking the same sense of calm and creativity that these kits provided.

Zencraft is run from our home in Beveridge, Victoria. My goal is to make creativity accessible, soothing, and something you genuinely look forward to. Whether you're a busy parent, a stressed-out student, or someone simply looking for a mindful outlet, my hope is that Zencraft helps you create a little pocket of peace in your day.
